· Pigtail game to be played between SKD and WCD #3’s s at SKD home site on May 12th, 2009, and between NWD and WCD#3’s at WCD home site on May 11, 2010. Winners will advance to consolation three game bracket at WCD site on May 16, 2009 and NWD site on May 15, 2010. Final Rounds between #1’s will be played at SKD site on May 16, 2009 with WCD advancing to championship game with a bye. On May 15, 2010 SKD #1 will draw the bye. Financial arrangements as follows:
· In all sports except Cross Country- All Districts involved will share profit/loss.
Passes not accepted (includes Leagues, School Districts, and State Passes).

2. School Board Members, Superintendent
3. Supervisors according to Tournament Guidelines
4. Washington State Coaches Association (WSCA) only at WCD sites
Admission Prices:
Local Officials Association scheduled through host site Manager (VB, and BB may have “split crews.)
The District Directors or designee and League Contacts will authorize Game/Match/Meet schedule changes.
Managers are responsible for forming a “Games Committee”.
Schools are responsible for scheduling administrative supervision at all tournament/meet events.
It is recommended that each sport be represented by a Designated Liaison (in addition to the District Director or designee)
for communication purposes.
If at all possible, Soccer and Football games will be played on artificial turf. If not, site must be approved by District Director.
Roster sizes will be according to State Tournament
Guidelines. It will be the school’s
responsibility to submit rosters on the WIAA website.
Game balls will be assigned according to the Game Manager/Director with approval from the District Directors.
Staff and event managers will be paid according to host District site pay rates.
Team and individual awards will be ordered by host District and presented according to syllabus guidelines.
This agreement will be reviewed again on March 25, 2009. It may be adjusted if agreed upon by Districts involved.
